    Loved it! Very friendly, good breakfast. I enjoyed the hot tub! Great views

    Good: cute room with mountain view and lovely decorations (lights, glowing starts on the ceiling) free minibar

    Bad: was a bit complicated to charge all our phones and iPad…luckily we brought our own power socket extension bar

    American in Zermatt

    This is an excellent hotel in terms of service, key accommodations, location, and functionally close to lifts and restaurants/bars/shopping. The price is very reasonable for all that is included; loved the breakfast offered as part of the package.

    Good: Breakfast was excellent. Ski room and boot dryer very convenient.

    Bad: Absence of socializing, etc. (e.g., bar) due to Covid
