Depending on the season, the hotel may require payment in advance, and also when you book at the FIX rate (non-refundable rate). Bookings at this reduced rate cannot be cancelled and are charged directly to your credit card.
Up to 15 days before your date of arrival, your booking can be cancelled or amended free of charge (except for the FIX rate and bookings between 26 December and 2 January). From 14 days before your date of arrival, you will incur cancellation charges.

Take the train to Zermatt station. There you will be collected by the hotel's own electric vehicle, if you have told us in advance. Alternatively, it's a 4-minute walk.

If you come by car, you can only travel as far as Täsch. There is plenty of parking there in the public multistorey car park.
Early check-in and late check-out both depend on the availability of the room. Late check-out by 5 p.m. can be booked for a charge of CHF 75.00/room.

The nearest cable car to the hotel is the Sunnegga station. You can walk there easily in 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, the local/ski buses stop just outside the door. They run every 10 minutes in winter.
Our rooms do not have air conditioning. With night-time temperatures in summer reaching only a maximum of 17 °C, air conditioning is not required.
The hotel is partly barrier-free (steps in the breakfast room and wellness area) and has 3 rooms equipped for the disabled.
